Eric brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience across residential renovations, commercial work and utility projects. Known for his dedication and tireless work ethic, he leads by example and is deeply committed to delivering quality results and exceeding client expectations. Eric proudly carries forward the Mar-Nic legacy, focusing on growth and continued excellence.

John Sedlazek

John built Mar-Nic with his wife Donna from the ground up, shaping it into the trusted company it is today. Rooted in family values and a commitment to quality, he laid the foundation (literally) for a business built on integrity and strong community ties. Now, as a consultant, John continues to offer his expert guidance and support for the company’s future success.
